The fourth general project meeting will be held in Brussels 14-15 February 2008, together with the 1st year project review. Details about the meeting will be posted soon.
Some preliminary information:
The project meeting will be held at the Hotel Maison du Dragon
from February 14-15.
The hotel is located in the town center, directly next to the Rogier metro station, about 5 minutes walk from Nordstation, and about 10 minutes walk from the central station and most historical buildings.
To reach the hotel from the airport, take the airport-express train to Brussels central-station. The ticket should be bought before you enter the train (EUR 2.80 single trip).
Get off the train at Nordstation, and walk south about 300 metres to the hotel or take the 25/55 bus direction metro Rogier and ride one stop (see the link below for the map).
Alternatively, stay on the train and get off at central station.
From central station, first take the number 1A line metro direction Hermann-Debroux, or 1B line direction Stockel. At Arts-Loi (Kunst-Wet) station, change to line 2 metro direction Simonis, and get off at Rogier station (EUR 1.50 single-trip, 4 EUR one-day ticket.)
The actual review meeting will take place at the Beaulieu EC office complex, which can be reached easily by Metro. At Rogier station, take line 2 direction Delacroix. At Arts-Loi (Kunst-Wet) station, change to line 1A direction Hermann-Debroux. See the links below for details.
